VIA at GimBMUN VII

Last Thursday our Vector MUN team started its journey at the Gimnazija Bežigrad Model United Nations Conference 2026. We all enjoyed it!

We were able to meet new people not only from Slovene schools, but also from the rest of Europe. Our team represented three different countries in the conference: Kenya, France and Philippines, in five different committees: Security Council, Historical Security Council, African Union, Human Rights Council, and Office on Drugs and Crime.

The conference was three days long, and we all did a great job, with two of us even getting honourable mentions, and we significantly developed our debating skills. For most of us it was our second conference, and we are looking forward to attend more in the future!
